What are the pros and cons for this type of
plastic? Will my money be safely guarded.
If I swipe the card in a merchant's shop where displayed 'Visa' logo, do I need to be charged for any transaction fee or exchange rate? Also do I need to open up an 'IBC' as suggested by those card providing companies?IBC = Internationl Business Coporation.
