Would it be better for me with my Internet Business that is going to start shortly, to become Incorporated, so I could possibly get a good small business credit card? How do I do that? I guess get an Incorporated license, and how much would this cost me?

The most popular state to incorporate in is Delaware. The fees and filing requirements are minimal. However, once you are incorporated your company needs to build up a credit history just like an individual. If you apply for a small business card the issuer will look at your credit history too.

As far as I know, many issuers require a company to be in business for at least 2 years before they can issue a corporate card. Maintaining a good Dun & Bradstreet record may help too.
